Brad’s decision to become a Realtor® began with his own challenging experience as a first-time buyer. When he first explored purchasing a home, he discovered that he wasn’t quite ready to buy responsibly. Instead of receiving guidance and education, he felt like the agents he spoke with were more focused on a commission than on what was truly best for him. While doing his own research to better prepare himself, Brad realized how easily those agents could have offered simple, honest advice that would have saved him time, stress, and frustration. That realization became a turning point. He decided he could do things differently.

Today, Brad’s approach to real estate is grounded in the belief that what is best for the client is ultimately what is best for the agent in the long run. He is committed to being the type of Realtor® who listens first, explains clearly, and empowers his clients to make confident, informed decisions. Whether someone is buying their first home, moving up, downsizing, or investing, Brad is there to walk them through each step, answer the questions they might be afraid to ask, and advocate for their needs from start to finish.

One of Brad’s favorite parts of his work is the opportunity to connect with so many different people and families. Real estate has given him a front-row seat to the rich diversity of Louisville. Through his clients, he’s learned more about his city, his neighbors, and the many cultures and stories that shape the community.
